All items going to UK destinations are dispatched using Royal Mail Recorded delivery (1-3 working days) unless a option of a different shipping service is purchased. All orders are sent with a track and trace identification number.
Delivery of all our items will require a signature upon delivery, however if your are not there when the postman delivers Royal mail will leave a calling card, which will give information on where you may pick up your package. We can no longer assist with the redelivery of your item as the item has now become your responsibility for collection thereafter, either by arranging re-delivery by Royal Mail or collection in person from your depot. (This applies to all items sent by Recorded or Special delivery, any queries please contact Royal Mail on 084577 407 40).

If your item has not been collected from your local postal depot or you have failed to make a collection in the given time period your item will be returned back to us.
We will notify you if this has happened and try to re-arrange postage. Please note an additional postage charge will be incurred if the item is returned back to us more then once.
Overseas delivery is sent via Royal Mail International signed or Royal Mail Airsure. Delivery tends arrive within 10 – 12 working days depending on location.
Once your item has arrived in its designated country, the countries postal service will handle the delivery from there on.
With some countries you may still be able to track and trace your item within the country.
All orders are shipped in plain discreet packaging, with no information other then your name and address.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday -Thursday are aimed to be processed for postage the same day (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders made after 4pm or on the weekend will be shipped on the following working day.

For Next Day deliveries please allow up until 3pm the following day before contacting us
International orders can take up to 10 days to arrive please allow up until this time before contacting us.
International Shipping Restrictions
It is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that they are allowed to import our products from the U. K. If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such items or because such items are banned in your country, we will refund back to your credit card minus the shipping charge.
